Qualifications (minimum requirements):

Bachelor's degree / Diploma in any Computer Science (CS/IT, EE or EC with certification)

Professional experience:

 03 – 04 Year

Additional requirements & experience

Experience in managing similar role in a mid/large size hospitals (preferably teaching hospital)

Working knowledge of Computers, MS Office, Internet, Email, Tally & related software.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Job Purpose:

The role will handle end user support, endpoint device support and L1 activity.

 

Major Accountability:

L1 support to end-user including endpoint device management.

 

Job Description:

  • Providing end user support across the Academy
  • Supporting the following activity;
    • Desktop support
    • Thin client support
    • Printer support
    • Software support (operating system and endpoint device software)
    • Peripheral devices support
    • Application support

Administrative;

  • Documenting support calls
  • Escalation of pending calls
  • Follow up on pending requests
  • Follow up on Warranty, AMC and repairs
  • Overall work-related documentation

Roles & Responsibility:

  • Monitoring of L1 calls
  • Managing support SLAs
  • Escalation of pending calls
  • Installation of endpoint devices
  • Supporting devices under Warranty and AMC


General Competency:

  • Self-driven and motivated.
  • Result oriented and should be able to deliver under pressure.
  • Should be highly matured with strong people management skills
  • Strong team management and interdepartmental coordination skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Possesses good oral and written communication, preferably in English language

  • Understand processes / workflow preferably in any teaching hospital

  • Flexibility with assignments and timing
