The research project is a randomised control trial of patients admitted in the ICU requiring mechanical ventilation and neuromuscular blocker infusion. Patients in the intervention group will receive reversal agent and control group will receive placebo The study outcome is to compare the duration of ventilation support between the intervention and control group. Patients will be monitored for Train of Four response and for the development of ICU acquired weakness.

Salary : Rs.23,400/- p.m

No of Vacancy : Two

Will assist the Site Physician in screening, recruitment and follow up of participants. Also, will oversee the study related activities conducted at other participating sites. Responsible for overall recruitment, follow up data quality, and site close out and archival of study documents at central office. Will also be involved in on site monitoring of study progress, compliance to protocol and on-site assistance with the study related procedures at other participating site

Preferred Qualifications: B.Sc Nursing with 1 year of experience/ Diploma in Nursing with 2 years of experience/Graduate degree in Pharmacy with 1 year of experience Preference will be given to the candidate with experience in ICU or Anaesthesia

Age Limit: 28 Years

Preferred Language: Able to communicate in English/ Kannada Telugu/Tamil/
