Job Description / Responsibilities

  • Assists in the implementation of a broad range of human resource policies, programs and practices.
  • Carries out the day to day operations of the HR functions with minimum supervision.
  • Compiles and updates employee records (hard and soft copies).
  • Is responsible for gathering employee feedback and documentation.
  • Coordinates recruitment activities in the organization in consultation with HR Manager and Department Heads.
  • Coordinates learning and development related activities in consultation with HR manager.
