Accounts Executive - St John’s Geriatric Centre

Role Summary:
The Project Accounts Executive will manage financial operations for the Asha Kirana Project, ensuring accurate record-keeping, budget monitoring, reporting, and compliance with institutional and donor requirements, including audits and utilization certificates.

Key Responsibilities
• Maintain project accounts, vouchers, and supporting documentation.
• Process payments, advances, and reimbursements.
• Monitor budgets and maintain asset and inventory records.
• Prepare financial reports, statements of expenditure, and utilization certificates.
• Support audits and reconcile accounts.
• Assist with financial forecasting, grant reporting, and budget revisions

Qualifications & Experience
Essential:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
• 3–5 years of project accounting experience, preferably in donor-funded or institutional projects.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and financial reporting.

Desirable: • Experience in healthcare, education, or research projects.
Knowledge of donor grant management and FCRA compliance.
