Learning Objectives: To train in

1. Handling, processing and reporting of frozens and formalin fixed rectal/ colonic mucosal biopsies in  suspected Hirschsprung’s disease
2. Enzyme histochemistry and its interpretation for rapid intraoperative diagnosis
3. Appropriate use of IHC in diagnosis of bowel motility disorders
4. Grossing and reporting of resected specimens with clinicopathology correlation to facilitate a phenotype diagnosis & optimal surgical management.
