The Co-ordinator will plan, organize, and implement all community-facing activities: health & fitness sessions, counselling, recreational and cultural events, outreach camps, and advocacy initiatives. Acts as the key liaison between the project team, elderly participants, caregivers, and community stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop annual community engagement calendar & program modules
• Conduct wellness, cognitive, and recreational activities
• Organize counselling & support group sessions
• Plan outreach camps & advocacy events
• Monitor participation, collect feedback, and report outcomes
• Liaise with NGOs, senior citizen associations, and partners

Qualifications & Experience
Essential:
• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Social Work, Psychology, Public Health, Sociology, or related field
• 3–5 years in community engagement, wellness, or social development projects
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in English & Kannada; other regional languages a plus

Desirable:
• Experience with elderly populations, counselling, wellness facilitation, or advocacy
