FOOD AND BEVERAGE MANAGER

St. John's is now hiring an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to oversee all food service operations. The ideal candidate should have proven management experience in a healthcare or hospitality setting, with a strong emphasis on food safety, nutrition, and team leadership.

Supplier Management

Role Category:
Bachelor's degree in Food Service Management, Dietetics, Hospitality or a related field.
Minimum of 12 years of experience in food service operations in which at least 5 years should be in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in a hospital/ healthcare or institutional setting.
In-depth knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards, such as HACCP or NABH/ JCI guidelines.
Proven leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and budget-management abilities.
