Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Healthcare IT Professional to join our team at  St.Johns National Academy of Health Sciences , Bengaluru . As a Healthcare IT Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our healthcare information systems operations. You will collaborate with doctors, nurses and other non-clinical stakeholders to implement, maintain, improve adoption and optimize applications tailored to the needs of our hospital.

Responsibilities:
Requirements, Implementation and Maintenance:
Assess requirements, implement new features, provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to healthcare staff for healthcare related applications, ensuring minimal disruption to patient care. Data Management:
Collaborate with HIS vendors and internal stakeholders to integrate new technologies and applications into existing Healthcare IT application landscape, ensuring compatibility and interoperability. Training and Education:
Develop and deliver training programs to healthcare staff on the use of Healthcare IT applications. Stay updated on technological advancements and best practices in healthcare IT to enhance staff proficiency. System Optimization:
Continuously monitor and optimize Healthcare IT applications performance, reliability, and efficiency. Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance workflow and productivity. Documentation:
Maintain documentation of Healthcare IT applications, configurations, and procedures. Generate reports as required for statistics, monitor system performance and compliance. Emergency Response: Provide on-call support and respond promptly to Healthcare IT application emergencies or system failures, collaborating with relevant stakeholders to resolve issues and minimize downtime. Project Management:
Lead or participate in Healthcare IT implementation projects related to system upgrades, migrations, and expansions. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

Requirements:
  Experience 0 – 3 years.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proficiency in taking requirements, documentation, implementation and managing healthcare IT systems
Technical skills in use of Business Intelligence tools.
Familiarity with healthcare IT ecosystem.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities, go-getter.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
