We are now hiring Operation Theatre (OT) Coordinator to join our multidisciplinary team.

☑️Eligibility Criteria:
    • Graduate or Postgraduate in Hospital Administration (mandatory)
    • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in OT coordination or surgical support services in a hospital environment preferably with NABH/JCI
    • Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills
    • Working knowledge of OT scheduling systems, infection control protocols, compliance and NABH requirements

📌Key Responsibilities:
    • Coordinate daily functioning and scheduling of surgeries across different OTs
    • Serve as a communication link between surgical, anesthetic, nursing, and support teams
    • Monitor and manage OT inventory, equipment, and consumables in collaboration with central supply
    • Ensure adherence to sterilization, patient safety, and hospital protocols at all times
    • Maintain documentation, support audits, and contribute to process improvements in the OT complexs
