Project Coordinator - St John’s Geriatric Centre

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for the overall coordination, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of project activities across multiple domains, and will serve as the primary liaison between St John’s Geriatric Centre and Tata Trusts. The role involves supervision of the Research, Training, Community Engagement, and Telemedicine Coordinators, along with grant and documentation management.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and coordinate project activities and timelines.
• Prepare and review reports, documentation, and budgets.
• Manage the grant portal and ensure timely donor reporting.
• Supervise and mentor domain coordinators.
• Build partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance, visibility, and quality across all activities.

Essential Qualifications and Experience
• Master’s degree in Public Health, Health/Hospital Administration, Social Work, or related Health Sciences.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in managing large-scale, donor-funded health or development projects.
• Proven skills in project coordination, documentation, reporting, and team supervision.
• Strong communication and computer proficiency (MS Office).

Desirable:
Experience in geriatrics, ageing, or public health programs; familiarity with donor reporting systems.
