St. John's Medical College Hospital at Brigade Meadows is hiring an experienced Quality Assistant to support the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems within the hospital. The ideal candidate should have proven management experience in a healthcare, with hands on experience in maintaining documentation, monitoring performance indicators, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Location: St. John's Medical College Hosptial at Brigade Meadows, Kanakapura Main Rd, Salahunase Village, Bengaluru

Key responsibilities include:

• Development of manuals & SOP’s for different services and departments under the guidance of the Head of the Quality department or a person designated by the Head.
• Compiling audit reports under the guidance of the audit team leaders and presenting the same wherever and whenever required.
• Assisting in development of Quality-related training programmes, organising them and participating in the programmes as per assignment.
• Providing suggestions and feedback about any aspects of the Quality assurance programme of the institution that may need improvement or modification.
• Working with designated persons in the Quality department to achieve accreditation preparedness for NABH and other accreditations/certifications.
• Ensuring maintenance of all records, reports and documents pertaining to the Quality Improvement System required for Accreditation and certifications.
  

Qualifications:
• MHA/MBA

Experience:
• 2-3 years of experience in a quality assurance or quality control role, preferably within a healthcare or hospital setting.
