Research Coordinator - St John’s Geriatric Centre

The Research Coordinator will oversee the planning, implementation, monitoring, and documentation of all research activities under the project. This includes managing collaborative and faculty-led research, student projects, and sponsored studies. The role requires strong analytical, documentation, and coordination skills within health or social care settings.

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate research collaborations with national and international partners.
• Support faculty and student research projects, ensuring adherence to ethics and timelines.
• Liaise with government agencies for research funding and reporting.
• Organize research workshops, conferences, and international exposure visits.
• Manage project documentation, publications, and progress reports.
• Maintain high standards of data quality, ethics compliance, and confidentiality.

Qualifications and Experience
Essential:
• Master’s degree in Public Health, Nursing, Social Work, Hospital Administration, or related fields.
• 3–5 years of experience coordinating research projects in health or social sectors.
• Proven skills in documentation, communication, and stakeholder coordination.
• Proficiency in MS Office and data management tools.
• Strong English communication; Kannada/Hindi proficiency desirable.

Desirable:
• Experience in Geriatrics, Gerontology, or Elder Care.
• Familiarity with research ethics, grant-funded projects, and student mentorship.
