Secretary Cum Documentation Personnel - St John’s Geriatric Centre

Role Summary:
Provide administrative, secretarial, and documentation support to the project. Manage correspondence, records, reports, presentations, and coordinate meetings and events. Support all project coordinators in documentation and reporting.

Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably Administration, Commerce, or Office Management)
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in administrative or documentation roles (academic, healthcare, or development sectors preferred)
• Proficient in MS Office, email, and digital filing systems
• Excellent English communication; working knowledge of Kannada
• Desirable: experience with donor-funded projects and institutional reporting
