Training Coordinator - St John’s Geriatric Centre

The Training Coordinator will plan, organize, implement, and evaluate all training programs, develop training calendars, coordinate curricula, maintain quality and documentation, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop annual training plans and conduct needs assessments.
• Coordinate curriculum design and organize in-person/virtual training programs.
• Manage logistics, assessments, and certification processes.
• Maintain records, evaluate programs, and prepare reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams, institutions, and government bodies.

Qualifications & Experience
Essential:
• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Nursing, Social Work, Hospital Administration, Health Education, or related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in training or capacity-building in health/social care.
• Experience in curriculum development, program coordination, and evaluation.
• Strong English communication; Kannada/Hindi preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and virtual training platforms.

Desirable:
• Experience in Geriatrics, Palliative Care, or Elder Care.
• Familiarity with adult learning methods or competency-based training.
