About the Role
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing visually appealing, user-friendly, and responsive websites that enhance user experience and align with our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities
• Create modern, responsive website layouts and UI designs
• Collaborate with developers, content creators, and marketing teams
• Design graphics, icons, and visual elements for web interfaces
• Ensure design consistency across all digital platforms
• Conduct usability testing and optimize user experience
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Web Designer or similar role
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles
• Creative thinking with strong attention to detail
• Portfolio showcasing previous web design projects

Preferred Qualifications
• Knowledge of WordPress, UI/UX principles, or basic JavaScript
• Experience working in cross-functional teams
