PROCEDURE TO AVAIL OUTPATIENT (OP) SERVICES
Services offered: Monday to Saturday
Except: Sunday and specific public holidays

Outpatient services



NOTE:
• Keep your registration card or number safely for further visit in the hospital.
• Doctors are available on fixed days in a week. Please adhere to these days when coming for follow up.
• OPD records are normally preserved for maximum period of 5 years from the last visit to hospital.

Follow up/Revisits

Note:
Morning consultation starts after 09.00 am and evening consultation starts after 04.00 pm

Consultation:

General consultation

General consultation registration is done from 07.00 am to 12.30 pm

General consultation registration at the Silver Jubilee Block is based on the token number

Special consultation

Special consultation is available during morning from 07.00 am to 10.30 am. Limited number of cards is issued for morning special consultation.

Special consultation with certain doctor is available during evening (few doctors have limited consultation) based on prior appointment or walk in basis. Registration for this facility starts at 03.00 pm and on Saturdays at 02.00 pm
