2. Candidates are required to bring:

a. Official Photo ID (Aadhar(updated)/Passport/Electoral card/Pan card/ Driving licence

b. Printed copy of your application. (Kindly login to the admission portal and print)

3. Result Announcement: The list of candidates selected for admission will be published on the Institutional website www.stjohns.in. on 6th May 2026. The Admission procedure for the selected candidates will start on 7th May 2026.

First semester fees (September 2026 to December 2026) will have to be paid in full at the time of admission for MHA Course. (The fees mentioned below do not include Hostel fee)

3. LIST OF ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS

The following original documents are to be submitted to the Academic Section during admission of all AHS courses and along with TWO sets of photocopies:

1) SSLC (Std X) Pass Certificate or its equivalent.

2) I PUC (Std XI) or its equivalent marks card.

3) II PUC (Std XII) or its equivalent marks card.

4) Letter from the Parish Priest indicating the affiliation of the candidate to the parish (for Catholics only)

5) SC/ST/OBC certificate from appropriate authority if relevant for Karnataka Candidates only (Issued within the last 2 years)

6) Aadhar card photocopy (updated within last 1 year)

7) Medical fitness certificate

8) Transfer certificate

9) Eligibility certificate from RGUHS

10) Deputation certificate (if the candidate is deputed by an organization)

11) Bachelor degree marks card and Degree/Graduation certificate and Council Registration Certificate for Nursing/BDS/MBBS degree holders.

12) FIVE recent passport size colour photographs also need to be submitted.

Any additional documents required will be notified at the time of admission.

Please note that the admission granted by the College is provisional until the above documents are submitted and the admission is approved by Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bengaluru.
