Location: St. John's Medical College Hospital, Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:
 

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction for doctors, nurses, paramedical, administrative, and support staff.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and payroll inputs while ensuring HR operations run smoothly.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital HR policies, labour laws, and accreditation standards like NABH/JCI.
  • Coordinate training programs, CME sessions, and development activities, while maintaining training records.
  • Support employee relations and engagement initiatives.
  • Assist in performance management, appraisals, and preparation of HR reports and MIS for management review.


Eligibility Criteria:
 

  • Education: MBA in HR/ MHA
    Experience: 2 - 5 years relevant experience as a generalist role in a hospital/ healthcare institution is essential.
     
  • Working knowledge in an NABH accredited hospital is desired.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and HRIS tools is an added advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Working knowledge in multiple languages is expected.
