Job Summary:

This study aims to assess the long-term effectiveness of the VPM1002 vaccine compared to placebo in preventing tuberculosis (TB) disease among household contacts of persons with pulmonary TB in India. The extended follow-up will evaluate protection against TB disease 5–6 years after vaccination

Salary : Rs.87,100/-  p.m

Key Responsibilities:

· Coordination and Supervision of the research team

 · Participant recruitment

 · Data-collection and data entry

 · Follow-up of participants

 · Report preparation 

· IEC related work (Submission of AE’s SAE’s) 

· Any other task as necessary

Eligibility Criteria:

Preferred Qualifications: 

  1. MBBS MD, Preferably Community Health / Family medicine
  2.  MPH with research and clinical experience

Preferred Language: English, Kannada
