A Pharmacist is responsible for accurately dispensing medications as per prescriptions and ensuring patient safety by checking dosages and drug interactions. They provide guidance to patients on proper medicine usage, dosage, and side effects. Additionally, they manage pharmacy inventory, maintain records, and ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.

1. Dispense medications accurately as per doctor’s prescriptions
2. Review prescriptions for accuracy, dosage, and drug interactions
3. Provide clear instructions to patients regarding medication usage and side effects
4. Maintain proper records of prescriptions and drug dispensing
5. Monitor and manage pharmacy inventory, including stock levels and expiry dates
6. Ensure safe storage and handling of medicines as per guidelines
7. Follow hospital policies, legal regulations, and quality standards

• Qualification : B.Pharm / D.Pharm 
• Valid registration with the Karnataka Pharmacy Council
• Candidates without Karnataka Pharmacy Council registration will be considered as Pharmacist Trainees.
