Translating concepts into clinical precision: PM&R residents from across Karnataka gathered at Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, St. John’s Medical College & Hospital for an intensive, hands-on workshop on Ultrasound-Guided Botulinum Toxin Injections for Post-Stroke Spasticity. The focus was clear—mastering real-time ultrasound imaging to identify target muscles and refine injection accuracy.

Highlights included:

• Proven strategies for complication avoidance and safety

It was fantastic to witness such active participation around target localization, needle visualization, and real-time clinical judgment.
