Evaluation of Functional Outcome of Arthroscopic Meniscal Repair of Knee Joint

This prospective observational study evaluated the clinical and functional outcomes of arthroscopic all-inside meniscal repair in patients with meniscal injuries. Using Lysholm knee scores, the study demonstrated excellent functional recovery in most patients at one year, with superior outcomes observed in patients undergoing concomitant ACL reconstruction. The findings reinforce the effectiveness of meniscal preservation through arthroscopic repair in restoring knee function and improving quality of life.
