his original research evaluated the interobserver reliability of measuring limb length discrepancy (LLD) on standard anteroposterior pelvic radiographs following total hip replacement. Forty patients who underwent THR were assessed by two blinded observers from different institutions. The study demonstrated excellent interobserver agreement (κ = 0.867 preoperatively and κ = 0.811 postoperatively), concluding that digital radiographic measurement using the inter-teardrop line and lesser trochanter is a reliable and reproducible method for assessing LLD after THR.
