Our Musculoskeletal (MSK) Pain Clinic provides comprehensive, rehabilitation-focused care for patients with acute, persistent and chronic musculoskeletal pain. We aim not only to reduce pain, but also to identify and address its underlying cause, restore movement and function, and help patients return to their daily and professional activities.
Our approach:
Each patient undergoes a detailed clinical and functional assessment to identify the pain generator and contributing biomechanical factors. Treatment is individualized and may include:
Depending on the diagnosis and clinical indication, our clinic offers ultrasound- and image-guided procedures, including:
1. Diagnostic and therapeutic injections for joints, tendons, bursae and soft-tissue conditions
2. Hydrodissection for selected peripheral nerve and tendon-related pain conditions
3. Regenerative procedures, including Platelet-rich plasma (PRP), Growth Factor Concentrate (GFC), Prolotherapy and other evidence-based biologic approaches where appropriate
4. Radiofrequency procedures (RFA) for suitable chronic joint and nerve-mediated pain
5. Cryoablation / cryoneurolysis for selected chronic pain conditions
6. Peripheral nerve and regional pain interventions
7. Targeted procedures for common MSK conditions such as spine, shoulder, hip, knee, ankle and foot pain
From pain relief to recovery
Our philosophy is “Procedure when indicated, Rehabilitation always.” Interventional procedures are used as part of a broader rehabilitation plan—not as a substitute for restoring strength, mobility, function and confidence.
Whether the pain is recent, recurrent, long-standing or difficult to treat, the goal is to provide a structured pathway from accurate diagnosis → targeted pain relief → active rehabilitation → functional recovery.
