St. John's celebrates 'Campus Day 2026' with pomp and ardor

The afternoon of 24th June 2026 saw the celebration of 'Campus Day 2026' at the main auditorium of St. John's. The auditorium ushered in enthusiasm and fervor, coupled with golden words of wisdom and a handful of glittering performances. The program began with a warm welcome to the luminaries and executive committee members. The program went on to hold an initiation song. The dignitaries graced the show. Rev. Fr. Jesudoss Rajamanickam, Director, St. John's National Academy of Health Sciences, delivered the welcome address. He expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the unwavering humility and impeccable willingness of St. John's to serve humankind. The Campus Day 2026 also celebrated the Silver Jubilarians at SJNAHS.

While delivering his address, Rev. Fr. Jesudoss Rajamanickam affirmed his faith in his sentence 'Behind every Silver Jubilee stands a sacrifice, perseverance, and sleepless nights'. He also asserted the significance of the quote, 'Even the least deserves the best. Soon after the welcome address, Rev. Dr Stephen Alathara, the Chief Guest and Deputy Secretary General, CCBI, delivered his speech.

While opining on the role of compassion that gives meaning to life, Rev. Fr. Stephen also emphasized the significance of healing not only the body but also the heart. The program soon witnessed the felicitation of 39 silver jubilarians. Soon after that, winners who clinched awards across the competitions held in observance of the Campus Day 2026 also received their awards. A short presentation gave the hitherto of competitions and winners. Soon after that, various cultural performances graced the stage, setting it ablaze with a renewed sense of enthusiasm and exuberance. The program ended with a vote of thanks.
