Dual role involves unifying the nursing service and nursing education to improve the quality of nursing care provided in the hospital and to offer the students practice oriented training. Qualified faculty from the CON will contribute their knowledge in the clinical field and the senior nursing fraternity from the hospital will be involved in the training and supervision of student nurses.
