Key Responsibilities:
- Twice in a month travel to study districts in north Karnataka for onsite mentoring and supportive supervision of nurse mentors and health care personnel in the health facilities within the district.
- Training and capacity building of nurse mentors & health care personnel in the health facilities
- Evaluation of competencies of health care personnel and strengthening them when required.
- Capacity building and mentoring of research health personnel and project assistants.
- Plan and develop quality improvement initiatives at the health facilities to help achieve the project objectives.
- Review data collected from health facilities for accuracy, completeness, consistency, and timeliness.
- Assist the central team in the data entry work related to the project.
Eligibility Criteria:
Preferred Qualifications: B.Sc. Nursing in a recognized hospital with experience in obstetrics and paediatrics
Preferred Language: English ,Kannada & Hindi
