Job Summary:

Implementation Research to develop an optimized model of comprehensive intervention package and delivery strategies to reduce neonatal mortality rate

Salary : Rs. 26,000/- p.m

Key Responsibilities:

• Clinical competence in the care of small and sick newborns at facilities 
• Onsite mentoring and supportive supervision of health care personnel in the health facilities within the district 
• Assist in the evaluation of competencies of health care personnel and collection of data from the community, 
• Ensure the quality of data collected from the community and health facilities. 
• Capacity building and mentoring of health personnel.
•  Report the project activities being implemented to the core team regularly. 
• Plan and develop quality improvement initiatives at the health facilities to help achieve the project objectives. 
• Be prepared to do any other project-related activities as needed

Eligibility Criteria:

Preferred Qualifications: Desirable - BSC / GNM nursing with experience in obstetrics and pediatric nursing Essential: Any graduate

Experience : Minimum experience 1 year

Preferred Language: English, Hindi and Kannada
