Consultant Clinical Psychologist
A clinical psychologist, does assessments and therapy for children with neurodevelopmental disorders.
Qualification/ Education
- MA is Psychology from Montfort College, Bangalore
- M Phil. in Clinical Psychology from NIMHANS, Bangalore
- Ph.D. in Cognitive functions of Autistic and ADHD Children from St. John’s Medical College (affiliated to RGUHS).

Role and responsibilities at CAREADD
At CAREADD, Meghana’s focus areas of work include profiling of cognitive functions, especially intelligence and executive functioning of neurodivergent individuals, strengths-based neuro-affirming therapy techniques for children and adolescents with Autism and ADHD, and understanding the interplay between behavior and cognition in children with high intellectual abilities (HIA).
Past Experience:
Lecturer teaching Master’s level students at Indian Institute of Psychology and Research from 2010-2011
Research associate in an ICMR-funded study with children with autism from 2014-2016.
Areas of interest
Meghana is an avid reader of fiction. She believes she is a writer, having completed a novel, over 60 poems, and several blogs. She is always ready to have conversations about history, culture, food, books, mental health, the complexities of the human race, and the wonders of the Universe.
