Reagent Evaluation: Feasibility of Tuberculosis Diagnosis by Flow Cytometry
Project Description
This project is focused on utilizing Flow Cytometry Technology to screen and diagnose tuberculosis. There are two assays being developed under this project, one targeting screening of blood specimens for differentiating latent and active TB infection and the other for detecting Mycobacterium in sputum for rapid drug sensitivity testing.
