Rheumatoid Arthritis: A Brief Learning Module for Physicians
Introduction to the Course:
The course is offered by the Department of Clinical Immunology and Rheumatology, St John’s Medical College Hospital, Bengaluru. The course is designed to empower physicians with essential knowledge on Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) from early diagnosis to treatment and referral protocols. This course aims to enhance patient care by providing physicians with concise, evidence-based modules that address common challenges in diagnosing and managing RA, including red flags for referral to Rheumatologists.
Eligibility: Open to general physicians, postgraduates, and healthcare professionals involved in primary or specialty care for patients with joint-related symptoms.
Duration: 1 month (Self-paced online modules)
Responsibilities of the Participant:
View all 7modules and take both the pre-test and post-test to assess knowledge gain
Achieve a minimum score of 80% on post-tests for each module
Complete the course within one month of enrolment
Reach out for academic/content assistance when needed
Mode of Conduction: Online
Certification Requirements:
Completion of all modules and a minimum of 80% on all post-tests
Course completed within 1 month of enrolment
*A digital certificate will be awarded upon successful completion. This course does not substitute formal Rheumatology training.
