• Ground Floor – 21 Rooms, 1 office room, a store room, and Care Takers Room - 6
• First Floor – 23 Rooms
• Second Floor – 23 Rooms
• Third Floor – 23 Rooms
• Total Rooms Available in Annexe -1 is 98

  Out of 98 Rooms:
  Rooms occupied by Patients – 44 (Ground Floor and First Floors)
  Rooms occupied by Doctors – 46 (Second and Third Floor)
  Rooms occupied by Care Takers – 6 (Ground Floor)
  All rooms with attached toilet and bathroom

• Room Charges for Patients: Rs. 500/- per day for 2 persons (if more than two Rs.100/- per person charged extra)
• Room Charges for Doctors: Rs. 300/- per day
• Doctors are getting 50% concession. Therefore the charges are 150/- per day
• Room Charges for Care Takers: All 6 rooms are single bed. Charges Rs.200/- per day.

Amenities:
1. Aqua Guard provided on ground and 2nd floor
2. Each floor has got a common bathroom with Geyser and solar for hot water.
